Happiness powers you to the top

You may be waiting for success to make you happy. But be realistic, are you certain it is forward not backward thing to do for your future?? If you develop your own true core it changes how you feel about yourself and decisions with a positive mindset, your energy all rises because internal happiness stirs up success.
Some of the richest people such as celebrities are miserable and resort to alcohol and substance abuse for happiness. Being successful doesn’t guarantee happiness but it is the other way around “happiness can help your achieve success”. A number of studies have been made to prove the theory, psychologist Professor Sonja Lyubomirsky and colleagues have pointed out there is plenty of evidence that happiness can, in fact, lead to success (Lyubomirsky, King & Diener, 2005).

The energy you have when you are happy will connect you to the relevant people to channel you for success. Greater productivity can be achieved by a positive attitude because when you happy, you do well. Findings says when you are in a happy mood, you are likely to feel:

Talk to others
Enjoy those social interactions and leisure activities
Resolve conflicts effectively
Feel healthier
our confidence in our own abilities
Empower yourself to put happiness first, success will sooner than you expected

my mind makes me

We especially women we harsh and crucify ourselves on the things we do and how we look. I AM on Vuzu TV has inspired me to write this entry because it made me realise that we have to grow a thick skin in order to take criticism well not as a personal attack.

A TV personality and model, Lerato Kganyago mentioned how she struggled to get into media industry because the casting agencies told her she is too skinny “I was told I am too skinny for the role” she said. Yet again another prominent radio dj, Anele Ndoda had a similar experience only difference is she was told how too big she was to do some gigs such as MC at events. What does the media want??? Identity is consistent battle and a struggle. Reality of the matter is that the media can and will decide what face they want and as a n individual you have to have a positive mindset... and that right attitude will guarantee a gig you deserve.

From the younger age, girls have to be taught about self-worth. We have to be true to ourselves because if one knows who they are, what somebody else says won’t bother you. Big don't mean ugly, and thin sure don't mean pretty. If a person wants to be pretty, they walk pretty, talk pretty and act pretty. Can't nobody take pretty from you.”
